Lost Lilies by Ada Taylor (Author)

Alessio 'Junior' Dametto liked to live life on the edge. He ate a few too many sweets every day, he never really knew when to shut up, and he knew that if Apollo Costa found out about his secret he’d die a terrible death.

Alessio’s murder-worthy secret was that he was terribly, madly and deeply in love with the Mafia Don’s sister. The only reason Alessio was still alive was because Juliette had ended things with him before they could ever truly begin. Alessio tried to forget her, he really did, but not even running away to Italy helped him get over her. Alessio had nothing but time. He’d wait for forever until she was ready to admit her feelings for him.

When it rains it pours. Cheated on, threatened by the cartel, and stuck living in Alessio’s apartment was not exactly how Juliette planned on spending her summer. She needed space, a lot of space. How long could she hide her feelings for Alessio and even more importantly, how long would she be able to keep the truth from him? The real reason she ended things with him all those years ago.
