5. Print on Demand (POD)

• Print on Demand books are produced specifically after your order is confirmed.
• POD orders generally cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once printing or production has started, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

6. Bulk Orders & Reseller Services

• Special pricing may be available for bulk purchases and reseller orders.
• Quotations are provided based on product availability, quantity, and delivery requirements.
• Bulk and reseller orders may have separate payment, production, and delivery terms, which will be communicated before order confirmation.

7. Returns & Refunds
