I’m an overworked fixer who needs a break. When I’m asked to cat-sit in Coal Springs, I’m all for a few boring days.
Except there is no break, and there’s no chance to be bored. Not when I walk into a convenience store and meet a kick-ass woman with an obsession for coffee who single-handedly takes down an armed robber.
I now have my own obsession. Her. When I discover she’s an FBI agent, I can only laugh.
